Flourless and Sugar Less Chocolate Cake
Flourless Chocolate Cake
Cake:
1 1/2 cups walnuts (unsoaked)
Dash of salt
10 pitted medjool dates (unsoaked)
1/3 cup cacao or carob powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Place walnuts in a food processor with an s-blade and process until finely ground.
2. Add the other ingredients and process until the mixture begins to stick together.
3. Transfer to a serving plate and chill for 2 hours.
Cashew Cream Frosting:
2 cups cashews
3 TBS agave
1/4 cup cacao butter or coconut butter
1/4 cup water (start with less and work your way up)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1. Place nuts in the food processor and process until finely ground.
2. Add the other ingredients (slowly adding water until it will spread like icing)
3. Spread icing evenly on your cake base after cake has chilled for 2 hours.
**Even though there is no white sugar or white flour in this recipe, moderation should be used as the nuts do have calories** Enjoy in moderation! If you have food allergies to nuts, you may want to try another healthy recipe.

Smells Good ! but wouldn't you have to mention the precautions of using the ingredients carefully? They may cause you severe allergy such as Allergic Dermatitis. Allergic Dermatitis is not easy to cure but only precautions would make you safer.
