Roll out onto pizza pan. Poke holes in crust to let air escape, and prebake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with sauce, soy cheese, and vegetables. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
I made this on Christmas Eve and it was delicious. I had raw broccoli, yellow peppers, white onion, pineapple slices and baby carrots for my toppings over the tomato sauce.
Enjoy and share this delicious pizza and recipe with others. I like eating healthy and my latest blood work shows that I am eating right.
